The North Laurel Lady Jaguars made it to the KHSAA softball state championship game but lost to Henderson County 11-0 in the title game Saturday night at John Cropp Stadium.
North Laurel is the 13th Region champions and the team that beat out the Letcher County Central Lady Cougars in the opening round of the softball state tournament.
Pleasure Ridge Park or PRP won the KHSAA baseball state championship beating McCracken County 4-1 in the title game Saturday afternoon at KY Proud Park.
