Mistrial in Knox County Murder Case

July 11, 2017

A murder case in Knox County has been declared a mistrial before there was any testimony. The judge did not explain why he declared a mistrial yesterday (June 10) in the trail against Patrick Baker. Baker is accused of shooting and killing Donald Mills back in May 2014. Prosecutors say Baker and several others dressed as US Marshals, and broke into Mills’ home, demanding cash and drugs. The trail is rescheduled to begin in late October.
