Former Pikeville Private Investigator Interfered with Election

A former Pikeville private investigator will spend 30 days under house arrest and pay a 500 dollar fine after pleading guilty to interfering with an election and trying to intimidate an election official. Keith Justice (51 years old) was sentenced in Federal Court for going into an election precinct, showing a badge, and claiming to be investigating election fraud. Justice must also surrender his private investigator’s license for one year.
