A Pikeville man is charged with vehicular homicide and DUI for a crash that killed a bicyclist last week.
Kentucky State Police allege on Wednesday night on U.S. 460 near Pikeville, Clinton W. Justice hit the bike being ridden by Eric Justice of Shelbiana and then left the scene.
KSP says a witness got the license plate number of the car by which Pikeville Police were able to locate Clinton Justice.
Arrest records allege he failed several field sobriety tests and was taken to Pikeville Medical Center for blood tests.
