Anna Ruth Caudill, age 70, of Elk Creek, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Hospice Care Center.
She is survived by her husband: Merle Caudill; 2 daughters: Katherine Riley Wingate of Richmond and Erin Elizabeth Pollard of Corbin; 4 brothers: George Charles Nichols of Jackson, Tennessee, William Thomas Nichols of Letcher, John Paul Nichols of Mayking and Keven Hayes Nichols of Blackey; 6 grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law: Bobby Caudill, Jerry Caudill, Billie Jo Caudill and Phyllis Adams.
Funeral services for Anna Ruth Caudill will be held at 11:00am Monday, January 15, 2024 at the Saving Grace Community Church with Greg Pridemore and Cody Kiser officiating.
Visitation will be after 5:00pm Sunday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Blackey.

Melissa Ann Caudill, age 52, of Letcher, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at the Christian Heights Nursing & Rehab Center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
She is survived by 1 daughter: Keshia Brock; 5 grandchildren; 3 brothers: Phillip Wayne Caudill, Stanley Caudill Jr. and Jeffery Lynn Caudill; 2 sisters: Tryllis Barton and Sondra Seals along with special friends: Helen Margaret Combs and Sam Combs.
Funeral services for Melissa Ann Caudill will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the Carcassone New Covenant Ministries Church with Sue Jent and Wayne Caudill officiating.
Burial will Follow in the Adams Cemetery at Jeremiah.

Rodney Lee Sexton, age 75, of Cornettsville, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at the Whitesburg ARH.
He is survived:
Brothers and Sisters – Colletta Bates, Brenda Caudill, Linda Kay Amburgey, Theresa Blair, Lawton Daniel Sexton and Billy Dean Sexton along with Special Granddaughter: Aliyah Everage.
Funeral Services for Rodney Lee Sexton will be held at 10:00am this morning, Saturday, January 13, 2024 at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church at Cornettsville with Jared Salmons and Kenny Salmons officiating.
Burial will follow at Hamilton Cemetery at Cornettsville.

John Dixon, age 73, of Cumberland, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024, at the Harlan ARH.
He is survived by his wife: Shelia Dixon, of Cumberland; 1 daughter: Amy Dixon of Paintsville; 1 son: John Jacob Dixon, of Lexington; 3 grandchildren; 3 siblings: Toy Dixon, Joy Purdy and Dixie Ray; 2 special friends: Ira Sergent and Ray McKinney.
Visitation will be from 12:30-3:00pm today, Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the chapel of Tri City Funeral Home at Benham with a memorial service for John Dixon following at 3:00pm this afternoon, Saturday, with Dennis Williams officiating.
Military Rites will be held at the Eastern Kentucky Veteran’s Memorial Park immediately following the service.
