Georgia Man Pleads Guilty to Selling Drugs in Eastern Kentucky

A Georgia man could be facing life in prison after admitting that he regularly came to Eastern Kentucky to sell drugs.

The US Attorney’s Office says Dennis “Dino” Lyons pleaded guilty last week to possession of meth and heroin with the intent to distribute and possession of a gun in a drug crime.

Prosecutors say when he was caught in December in Perry County police found more than four pounds of meth and half a pound of heroin hidden in a spare tire plus two loaded guns in the center console.

Lyons is being held in the Pike County Detention Center until he’s sentenced in August.
