Shots Fired into Vehicle on US 23 in Floyd County Leads to Attempted Murder Charges

A Floyd County man is reportedly facing an attempted murder charge for a Saturday
car-to-car shooting in Harold.

Floyd County Deputies responded after a woman said she was driving on U.S. 23 when a man in a truck behind her started shooting and both she and the man she was with had been shot.

There was also a teenager in the back of their car that was not hurt.

Officials say Ronald Ramsey of Teaberry is charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, and first-degree wanton endangerment.

Investigators have not indicated any kind of motive for the incident.
