A grand jury will hear the case of a Pike County man accused of attempted murder of a
peace officer for an incident last month in Berea.
WYMT reports Dustin Allen of Ashcamp appeared in Madison County District Court for a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Police allege as they approached him in a car thought to be stolen, he reversed and aggressively accelerated, hitting one of the officers.
