Two Hazard Firefighters have been honored for their actions following a kayaking
accident.
The Hazard Herald reports Chief Robert Keith presented the Life Saver Award to Anthony Turner and Skylar Wyrick for their rescue of a person who was swept into the undertow while crossing a low-head dam near the Woodland Park Bridge.
