The annual Battle of Middle Creek encampment and reenactment is coming up next
week.
The Friends of Middle Creek Inc. invite you to join the annual reenactment of the
Battles of Middle Creek and Ivy Mountain from September 5-7 at Middle Creek National
Battlefield in Prestonsburg.
The 3-day event is free to the public as you can tour living history encampments, engage with reenactors, take part in guided battlefield tours, and enjoy educational presentations that deepen the understanding of Kentucky’s Civil War past.
