Warren Edward Creech, Sr. (Big Ed), age 67, of Partridge passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Harlan A.R.H.
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Creech of Partridge; one son, Eddie Creech of Baxter; one daughter, Ashley Creech of Pikeville, two grandchildren, Trey (Warren Edward Creech III) and Natalie Grace Creech of Baxter; one brother, Greg Creech of Partridge; one sister, Tammy Hogue of Richmond; brother and sister-in law, Dave and Bambi Rivera of Virginia Beach; brother-in-law, Mike Flynn of Cumberland; niece, Whitley Flynn of Hurricane, WV; niece, Kelli Hogue of San Francisco; nephew, Steven Hogue of Lexington; niece, Kareen Rivera of Durham, NC; and niece, Madison Creech of Partridge.
Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00pm Thursday September 18, 2025 at the Poor Fork Old Regular Baptist Church in Cumberland.
Funeral Services for Warren Edward Creech, Sr. (Big Ed) will be held at 1:00pm on Friday September 19, 2025 at the Poor Fork Old Regular Baptist Church in Cumberland.
Burial will follow on the Creech family property located in Colliers Creek.
The family would like to request in lieu of flowers, that a donation be made to the Poor Fork Old Regular Baptist Church.
The Tri-City Funeral Home at Benham is in charge of the arrangements.

Tammy Lewis, age 57, of Linefork, passed away Friday September 12, 2025 at the Whitesburg ARH.
She is survived by her husband: Michael Lewis of Linefork; one daughter: Emily Brock of Linefork; two sons: Keith Adams and Jeremy Adams both of Cumberland; one sister: Tabitha Hatfield of Corbin; two brothers: Michael Slone of Doty Creek and Gary Slone of Cumberland and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services for Tammy Lewis will be held at 12 noon today, Monday, September 15, 2025 at the Everidge Funeral Home with Tony Brown officiating.
Burial will follow in the Dixon Cemetery at Linefork.

Phillip Randy Meade
Phillip Randy Meade, age 68, of Medora, Indiana, formerly of Letcher County, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
He is survived by his wife: Jerry K. Meade, and by his children: Joshua Meade, Patricia Meade, Randall Meade, Zachary Meade, Jessica Youngren, Monica Childers and Brandon Reynolds; siblings: Talmadge (T-al-midge) “Jack” Meade, Robert “Bill” Meade, Rondall Meade, Peggy Player, Louise Ison, Cassie Gibson, Nell Fields, and Judy Sumpter along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today, Monday, September 15, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Christensen Family Funeral Home in Brownstown, Indiana.
Funeral Services will begin at 7:00 pm Monday at the funeral home chapel.
An additional visitation will be held Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. at the Kingscreek Community Church.
Burial will follow in the Meade Family Cemetery at Cowan.

Glenna Smith, age 89, of Jeremiah, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at the Greg Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
She is survived by two daughters: Sheree Combs of Paris, Kentucky and Robin Blair of Jeremiah; her daughter-in-law: Glenna Harris of Whitesburg; a sister: Beatrice Crawford of Whitesburg; four grandchildren; Cory Harris, Mac Blair, Katie Blair, and Leah Craft and five great- grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service for Glenna Smith will he held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the Pine Mountain Grill.
