The wife of a Letcher County man charged with murder has also been indicted for
allegedly trying to help him hide the crime.
Mark Miles of Cowan was indicted in May in connection with the shooting death of Angela Jeanette Roberts in her car at a cemetery on Bald Mountain.
The Mountain Eagle reports the grand jury has added charges for Miles of aggravated murder while being engaged in commission of a robbery and also of tampering with evidence.
His wife Kathy Miles was indicted for tampering with physical evidence and hindering prosecution of apprehension.
