A Feds Creek man faces felony charges after police said he attacked some emergency
room nurses.
It happened at Pikeville Medical Center Saturday morning where Pikeville Police were called after security and emergency room staff reported that Delbert Miller had allegedly assaulted three nurses and fought with security officers.
Mountain Top News reports Miller was charged with three counts of third-degree assault of a health care provider which is a felony that could mean prison time.
He is out of jail on bond.
