A Vicco man has been arrested for allegedly attacking another man with a machete.
The Perry County Sheriff’s Officials says it happened last Thursday near the Post Office
on Main Street.
The Hazard Herald reports a witness called in the incident but the victim was losing so much blood at the scene he was unable to tell investigators what happened.
Based on the witness statement Clay Osborne was identified as the suspect.
