One of two people facing charges in the August death of a ten-year-old boy who had
been subject of a major search when he disappeared in Breathitt County is asking for a
new lawyer.
Felicia Gross is charged with murder in the death of her son Jayden Spicer and her husband, Joshua Gross, is charged with complicity to murder, tampering with
evidence and more.
They had the same attorney, but WYMT reports Joshua Gross has now requested a new attorney and has also asked for a lower bond.
They have a court hearing set for November 7.
Investigators allege Felicia Gross gave Jayden so much cold medicine that he died and that Joshua Gross helped her bury the body.
