Pike County Circuit Judge Reinstated Following Acquittal

Pike Circuit Court Judge Howard Keith Hall has been reinstated to the Bench just one
day after being acquitted of federal fraud charges.

As we reported yesterday, on Tuesday a jury found Hall not guilty of theft of government funds and mail fraud for which he had been accused last spring based on allegations during his time as the Pike County Attorney.

Hall was suspended from Circuit Court in May until the trial outcome.

Immediately after the trial on Tuesday, the Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission issued an order lifting Hall’s suspension and all restrictions against him.
