Grand Jury Indicts Pike County Man for Manslaughter in April Shooting

A Pike County grand jury has handed down a manslaughter indictment for an April
shooting that killed a Stopover man.

Greely Brandon Hurley died in the incident that happened at a business parking lot along KY 319 and US 119 in Toler.

This week the grand jury indicted Paul David Coleman for second-degree manslaughter.

Kentucky State Police investigators say Hurley and Coleman got into an altercation and a gun was pulled so the grand jury did not find an intention of murder.
