The City of Whitesburg’s Downtown Street Light Pole Decorating Contest is underway.
All local schools, churches, businesses and individuals are invited to take part in the contest.
It’s free to enter but there are a limited number of poles so you’ll need to move fast.
Participants have to supply the decorating supplies and there are some rules to follow.
Decorations must be completed by Monday, December 8. Contact Amanda Hammonds at Whitesburg City Hall to get registered.
