He is survived by his wife: Kim King; 1 daughter: Sarah King of Whitesburg; 2 sisters: Lisa King and Betty King both of Whitesburg.
Visitation will be after 5:00pm Monday, this evening, December 8, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.

Jennifer Newman, age 61, of Jeremiah, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025 at her residence.
She is survived by her husband; Donald Newman, three sons; Christopher Peeno, Dakota Ballinger York and Gunner York all of Covington; two daughters: Heather Peeno of Covington and Paige York of Freelandville, IN and one sister: Brenda Randall of Louisiana.
Visitation will be at the New Freedom Worship Center in Jenkins after 6:00pm this evening, Monday, December 8, 2025 with a service at 7:00pm.
Funeral services for Jennifer Newman will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at at the New Freedom Worship Center with Danny Quillen officiating.
Burial will follow in the Potter Cemetery at Kona.
In Lieu of flowers make donations to the funeral home for funeral expenses.

Benny Ray Cress, age 60, of Cumberland, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Harlan ARH.
He is survived by one son: Todd Cress; one daughter: Cayla Cress; four brothers: James Cress, Verlin Cress, Bill Cress and Eddie Cress; two sisters: Belvia Short and Eva Sue Cress along with six grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11:00am to 12:00 noon Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the Cumberland Valley Funeral Home in Cumberland.
Burial will follow at Stoney Fork Cemetery in Leatherwood.

Timothy Wayne Johnson, age 60, of Cumberland, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025.
He is survived by a son and a daughter; four sisters: Brenda Hale of London, Sharon Irvin of Partridge, Kimberly Smith of Maynardville, TN and Sandra Hill of Knoxville, TN; and one brother: Daniel Johnson of Cumberland.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm today, Monday December 8, 2025 at the Tri City Funeral Home in Benham.
Funeral services for Timothy Wayne Johnson will follow at 2:00pm this afternoon, Monday, with Michael Blair officiating.
Burial will follow at the Jacob Creech Cemetery.
