The Middlesboro Yellow Jackets are hiring from within for their next football coach.
Hunter Adams was announced as Larry French’s successor, school officials released in a Friday post on Facebook.
Prior to the announcement, Adams had been the team’s offensive coordinator and played for the Yellow Jackets from 2005-08.
Officials said Adams is the 20th coach in Middlesboro Football history.
