A Pike County man is facing charges after allegedly leaving the scene of a crash on Baird Avenue on Christmas Eve.
When Pikeville Police arrived at the scene and spoke to witnesses, they say they had enough information to start looking for William Cummins.
WYMT reports officers found Cummins walking up Harold’s Branch and he allegedly told them he took off because he was working though drug court and was driving on a suspended license.
He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid as well as for driving on the suspension.
