A Perry County man is accused of criminal trespassing after a woman told police that he also tried to assault her.
Kentucky State Police responded to an apartment complex in Pippa Passes.
The woman said that 30-year-old Jonathan Crawford, of Hazard, had crawled up into the attic and was hiding.
Police had to call maintenance to help get Crawford down, even removing some of the sheet rock wall.
The manager of the property said that they had previously banned Crawford from the property, so he was charged with assault and criminal trespass.
