Clara Strack led the way with 20 points, while also grabbing 13 rebounds and blocking three shots.
It was her 14th double-double of the season and the 30th of her career.
Amelia Hassett hit six three-point baskets on her way to 18 points.
Tonie Morgan had a double-double with 14 points and 10 assists, while Jordan Obi (Oh-bee) also had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Teonni Key had 12 points for the Cats, while Asia Boone added 10.
The #9 seed Kentucky women advance to face #8 seed Georgia in the second round at 11:00am this morning, Thursday.
