Kentucky State Police are investigating a Monday night crash in which a Floyd County man was killed.
When Troopers and EMT’s arrived at the scene on KY 80 in Knott County they found the car had gone over an embankment off the westbound shoulder and discovered that Keith Dingus of Langley had been thrown out of the vehicle.
WYMT reports investigators think he may have experienced a medical emergency that led to the crash.
There were two kids in the car that had non-life-threatening injuries.
