Burial will follow in the Maggard Cemetery at Isom.

He is survived by 2 brothers: Jimmy Ray Hogg of Premium and Clyde Hogg Jr. of Whitesburg along with a host of nieces and nephews and special friends: Jack Coleman, Dustin Caudill, Donald Adams and Barbara and Henry.
A Celebration of Life for Billy Paul Hogg will be held from 6:00-9:00pm this evening, Friday, March 20, 2026 at the Little Colley (Collie) Pentecostal Church with Bennie Pugh and Charlie Combs officiating.
