Letcher County has a new emergency mass notification system.
This system enables you to register your landline or cell phone to receive alerts to all weather-related events.
There are several registration options available, including online registration, text message, or QR Code.
And once you are registered you can then select the specific weather events for which you would like to receive notifications.
