William Douglas Blair, age 55, of Jeremiah, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the Highlands Regional ARH Medical Center in Prestonsburg.
He is survived by 1 brother: Richard Blair of Jeremiah; 1 sister: Frances Blair of Jeremiah; aunt: Margaret Whitaker of Jackson and adopted uncle: Jeff Hutchinson of Georgia.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening., Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services for William Douglas Blair will be held at 11:00am Friday, April 3, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Slone officiating.
Burial will follow in the Blair Family Cemetery at Jeremiah.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.

Carolyn Sue Blake Elliott, age 82, of Cumberland, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
She is survived by her husband: Roger Elliott of Cumberland; two daughters: Mendy Blair of Richmond and Leslie Bush of Cumberland; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon-2:00 PM today, Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham with funeral services for Carolyn Sue Blake Elliott to follow at 2:00pm this afternoon, Thursday, at the Tri City Funeral Home with Arnold Martin officiating.
A private graveside service will follow.

Virginia Madge Lewis Jenkins, age 96, of Partridge, passed away Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard.
She is survived by her children: Linda Blair of Partridge; Brenda Polsgrove of Versailles; Renee Smith of Somerset and Lisa Layne of Partridge; seven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 11:00am on Friday, April 3, 2026, at the Blair Chapel Church.
Funeral services for Virginia Madge Lewis Jenkins will follow at 1:00pm Friday at the Blair Chapel Church with Rod Raleigh and Bill Maggard officiating.
Burial will follow at the Jenkins Family Cemetery at Partridge.
