Burglary charges have been filed against a man police allege tried to break into a home in Pike County Sunday.
Kentucky State Police were called out to the home on Collins Highway in Robinson Creek where the property owner said he saw a man and a kid on his security camera footage entering the home.
KSP says the suspect Marion Rogers told troopers he and his son were there to look at the home because it was for sale.
But the home is not for sale, and the homeowner showed investigators security video of Rogers and the boy allegedly bringing in a dolly to try to take a refrigerator.
