UPDATE: (June 10, 2026) – All juveniles have been located and are safe.
The Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post is asking for the public’s help in locating two missing Pike County juveniles.
According to KSP, 16-year-old Jackie Elkins and 15-year-old Taylor Elkins, both of Sidney, were last seen around 8 p.m. Monday on Elkins Fork in the Sidney community.
Jackie Elkins is described as six feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Taylor Elkins is described as five-foot-seven, weighing about 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either juvenile is urged to contact Kentucky State Police Post 9 in Pikeville at 606-433-7711.
The investigation is being led by Trooper Matthew Cornett.
