A bridge on KY 979 over Mud Creek near KY 3680 will close June 15 for replacement.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the closure at milepoint 11.36 will last through August, weather permitting.
The bridge has been under a three-ton weight limit since 2024. Traffic will detour via KY 979 South, KY 122, and KY 3680.
Drivers are urged to plan ahead and use caution in the area.
