He is survived by his mother: Anna Lee Maggard of Whitesburg; his wife: Kristie Maggard; 2 daughters: Heather Whitson of Hazard and Jazmine Maggard of New Market, Tennessee; 1 sister: Vickie Standifer of Whitesburg; 1 brother: David Maggard of Whitesburg and 3 grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services for Timothy Wayne Maggard will be held at 11:00am Friday, June 26, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with John Conn officiating.
Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Whitesburg.
