William “Willie” Franklin Walters
William “Willie” Franklin Walters, age 72, of Blackey, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023, at his residence.
He is survived by 3 daughters: Ruthie McKee of Blackey, Melissa McCoy of Walton, Kentucky, and Toni Maggard of Whitesburg; 3 brothers: Russell Walters, Ralph Walters and Charlie Wayne Walters; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for William “Willie” Franklin Walters will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Charlie Wayne Walters and Bruce Gilley officiating.
Burial will follow in the Walters Family Cemetery at Blackey.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.
Dezzlaray Leigh Ann Shepherd
Dezzlaray Leigh Ann Shepherd, age 25, of Neon, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023, at the Whitesburg ARH.
She is survived by her mother: Latisha Craft; 1 son: Tearston Blain Shepherd; 1 daughter: Jimma Leighanna Raine Shepherd; 1 brother: Keaston Craft; grandfather: Jeffery Craft; grandmother: Lola Craft and uncle: Jeffery Craft II.
Visitation will also be from 11:00am- 10:00pm today, Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at the Fleming Neon Church of God.
In lieu of flowers family asks donations be made to the Letcher Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.

Patricia Ann Osborne, age 54, of Eolia, passed away on Thursday December 21, 2023 at her residence.
She is survived by her husband: Johnny Osborne of Eolia; 2 daughters: Tiffany Day of Cowan and Kari Jo Osborne of Madisonville, KY.; 2 sons: Johnny Osborne and Patrick Osborne both of Eolia; 5 brothers: Harmon Ealy of Cumberland, Chris Ealy, Tracy Ealy and Roger Kelly all of Evarts and Sam Kelly of Wallins along with a host of grandchildren.
Visitation will from 6:00-9:00pm this evening, Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Everidge Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesburg.
Funeral services for Patricia Ann Osborne will be held at 1:00pm tomorrow, Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Everidge Funeral Home with Ted Collins and Glennis Morris officiating.
Burial will follow in the Osborne Cemetery at Eolia.
