Two Floyd County men are facing federal charges for allegedly selling guns without a
license. Mountain Top News reports Wayne Tackett of Harold and Carlos Hall of Prestonsburg were arrested and charged with engaging in the business of dealing firearms without a license for which they could get up to five years in prison. But officials say Tackett also faces six counts of selling to someone convicted of a felony and one count of firearms trafficking and could face up to 15 years if convicted. Prosecutors are reportedly trying to order them to forfeit 82 guns.
