U.S. Rep Hal Rogers Resumes Work After Accident

US Representative Hal Rogers is heading back to work at the US Capitol next week. Rogers was in a car accident in Washington DC January 10 that landed him in a hospital with his injury requiring a back brace and physical therapy. In a statement yesterday his doctor said he will continue PT but is ready for a “graduated” resumption of his duties. Rogers says he owes his recovery to his Appalachian roots which he says gave him resilience and “mountain grit” and he thanks his constituents for your prayers.
