Congratulations to Letcher County Central basketball senior Peyton Dixon.
He was named the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches or KABC, boys 14th Region Player of the Year and is a 2023/2024 candidate for Mr. Kentucky Basketball.
Owsley County’s Carly Smith was named the girls 14th Region Player of the Year.
The 14th Region coaches of the year are Al Holland of Hazard boys and Travis Smith of Owsley County girls.
