A Neon man already under indictment on a couple of drug cases has been arrested again after allegedly being caught in an undercover police drug deal. Mountain Top News reports police arrested Coy Lee Johnson February 23 for trafficking in meth and fentanyl. He was being held in the Letcher County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
