A Floyd County woman has reportedly been arrested for drug trafficking after a Kentucky State Police trooper pulled her over for not wearing a seat belt. Mountain Top News reports the trooper was patrolling in Martin when he noticed Jessica Brown was not buckled up, so he pulled her over. While talking to her he allegedly saw a meth pipe which gave him probable cause to search the car. He alleges he found three bags of meth – more than he thought was for personal use – as well as some empty baggies.
