A Pike County man is reportedly facing a federal indictment for allegedly threatening an FBI agent. Gabriel Howell has been charged with threatening, intimidation and retaliation after allegedly going to the agent’s home several times. Mountain Top News reports he first went to the agent’s home in December claiming he had information about a murder to report but the agent was on leave so gave him an FBI number to call. The agent alleges Howell later left a threatening note in his mailbox for failing to respond to him and then earlier this month came to his home at 2:30am.
