Big Sandy Community and Technical College has a new interim president. Dr. Todd Brand, who has been the chief academic officer at Ashland Community and Technical College for the past five years, was tapped for the job and began this week. Brand has more than 20 years of experience with community colleges and earlier served as a high school teacher, and he has on-air experience in broadcast journalism.
