Summer roadwork season is well underway.
Expect delays to continue for paving along KY 7 in Letcher County this week.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet began last week on the project that runs from the Letcher/Perry Line through Redstar.
Work is set to continue through Thursday June 20 weather permitting.
Plan for delays and watch for the flaggers.
Meanwhile today only there is work closing Letcher County Road 3408, Bull Creek, at the pumping station while crews do some drilling for road repairs.
The closure is about 4 miles off of KY 15 on the Montgomery Creek side of the hill.
