The Chief Justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court has announced that the Letcher County Court System will be closed until next Monday September 30.
They say if you or someone you know has a court date or business scheduled in Letcher District or Circuit Court this week it will be rescheduled and if it has a time frame, it will be extended.
The Letcher County Clerk’s Office will be open this week but County Court Clerk Winston
Meade says they will not be able to do out of state transfers or anything that would need
inspection.
