Reds Lose To The Guardians 6-1 in Cleveland

Lane Thomas hit a two-run homer and drove in three, Josh Naylor had a pair of RBIs, and the AL Central champion Cleveland Guardians clinched a first-round bye in the postseason with a 6-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday night.

The Reds are now 76-82 with only 4 games to go in the season all on the road.  

They will wrap up the short two game series with the Guardians in Cleveland tonight at 6:40pm.

They will be off on Thursday before wrapping up the season with a 3 game weekend series in Chicago against the Cubs.
