He is survived by 2 daughters: Chandra Mullins of Milan, Tennessee and Amy Kilborne of Somerset; 1 stepson: Anthony Lewis of Partridge and 1 brother: Butch Mullins.
Funeral services for Phillip Mullins will be held at 2:00pm this afternoon, Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Jones officiating.
Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Eolia.

She is survived by 2 sons: Allen Bolling of Pound, VA and Ricky Bolling of Clinchco, VA; 1 brother: Fred Taylor of Kona; 1 sister: Carol Lynn Spangler of Neon; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren along with special nephew Gary Moore.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm Today, Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the Baker Funeral Home Chapel in Pound VA.
Graveside services for Reva Fay Bolling will follow at the Bolling Hamilton Cemetery on George Riner Road in Pound, VA.

Funeral services for Teresa Len Ritchie Collins will be held at 2:00pm Monday, October 14, 2024 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Tim Mullins and Roy Slone officiating.
Burial will follow at Gene Collins Cemetery at Isom.
Visitation will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel this evening., Saturday and Sunday evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm with additional services both evenings at 7:00pm.
