LCC Football Cougars Open 4A Playoffs at Home Friday Night

The second season of high school football begins this weekend as the playoffs get underway with teams all across Kentucky thinking of a run at playing for a state championship at Kroger Field in December.

There was one game played in the mountains last night as Williamsburg took on Lynn Camp.  All other games will be tonight.

The Letcher County Central Cougars will host their first playoff game since 2021 as they take on the Taylor County Cardinals in the opening round of the class 4A playoffs this evening at Cougar Field.

Kickoff will be at 7:30pm and we’ll bring you all the action here on the Bulldog with Michael Watts and Bull Creech.

The Cougar Countdown Pre-Game Show begins at 7:00pm.
