She is survived by 1 brother: Brian Bailey of Isom; nieces and nephews: Brian Michael, Dalton, Samara, Tiara, and Josh; great nieces and nephews: Renlee, Hudson, and Rylee.
Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00pm on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services for Shelly Lynn Blair will be held at 11:00am Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be at a later date in the Family Cemetery at Isom.

Funeral services for Vada Jo Toler will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Lighthouse Church with Glen Gross officiating.

Roger Dale Creech, age 76, of Slemp, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Ann Creech of Slemp; 1 daughter: Kimberly Henson of Harlan; 1 son: Roger Keith Creech of Willisburg, KY; 4 grandchildren: James Dixon, Tyler Dixon, Katlyn Wells and Kari Chesser; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Yvonne Steely of Middlesboro and Karen McIntyre of Viper; sister-in-law: Linda Kay Creech of Slemp and step-father: Merrill Campbell of LaFollette, TN.
Funeral services for Roger Dale Creech will be held at 12:00 noon today, Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the Trinity Holiness Tabernacle at Hiram with Jonathan Adams, Rex Lloyd, Garland Sargent, and Keith Creech officiating.
Burial will follow in the Arch Halcomb Cemetery at Little Leatherwood.

David Bert Dinsmore Sr., age 88, of Partridge, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, at his residence.
He is survived by his 5 children: Michael Dinsmore of Georgia, David Dinsmore Jr. of Benham; Ronnie Dinsmore of Whitesburg; Cheryl Miles of Big Cowan; Dwayne Sowers of Greenville, TN; 2 brothers: Jerry Dinsmore of Roxana and Hal Dinsmore of Partridge; 12 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and a special nephew, Jerry Dinsmore.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Monday November 25, 2024 and from 12:00 noon-2:00pm on Tuesday November 26, 2024, at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham.
Funeral services for David Bert Dinsmore Sr. will follow at 2:00pm on Tuesday at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham with Randall Branham officiating.
Burial will follow at the Maggard Cemetery with military honors provided by the Harlan County Honor Guard.
