She is survived by 1 brother: Brian Bailey of Isom; nieces and nephews: Brian Michael, Dalton, Samara, Tiara, and Josh; great nieces and nephews: Renlee, Hudson, and Rylee.
Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00pm this evening, Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services for Shelly Lynn Blair will be held at 11:00am tomorrow, Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be at a later date in the Family Cemetery at Isom.

Vada Jo Toler, age 58, of Whitesburg, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Whitesburg ARH.
She is survived by 1 son: Travis Blake Toler; 1 daughter: Chasity Ann Holbrook; 1 sister: Laura K. Fields; 5 grandchildren: Savannah Branham, Emmaleigh Caudill, Alexis Branham, Zaniel Holbrook, and Canaan Holbrook and 1 great grandchild.
Visitation 6:00-10:00pm this evening, Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Lighthouse Church at Camp Branch.
Funeral services for Vada Jo Toler will be held at 1:00pm, tomorrow, Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Lighthouse Church with Glen Gross officiating.
Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Premium.

David Bert Dinsmore Sr., age 88, of Partridge, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, at his residence.
He is survived by his 5 children: Michael Dinsmore of Georgia, David Dinsmore Jr. of Benham; Ronnie Dinsmore of Whitesburg; Cheryl Miles of Big Cowan; Dwayne Sowers of Greenville, TN; 2 brothers: Jerry Dinsmore of Roxana and Hal Dinsmore of Partridge; 12 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and a special nephew, Jerry Dinsmore.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Monday November 25, 2024 and from 12:00 noon-2:00pm on Tuesday November 26, 2024, at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham.
Funeral services for David Bert Dinsmore Sr. will follow at 2:00pm on Tuesday at the Tri City Funeral Home at Benham with Randall Branham officiating.
Burial will follow at the Maggard Cemetery with military honors provided by the Harlan County Honor Guard.
