Former Pike County Man Convicted in Pill Mill Operation Granted Clemency

A former Pike County resident convicted of trafficking oxycodone is one of 1,500 peopl recently granted clemency by President Joe Biden.

Bobby Roy Justice was convicted in 2018 for conspiracy to distribute oxycodone after prosecutors said over a period of five years Justice brought more than 96,000 pills into Pike County from “pill mills”.

He was sentenced to 10 years in prison so the president’s order of clemency cuts his sentence
short by four years but he will still be under supervised released for three years,
