The Kentucky Community and Technical College System has launched disaster relief funds to help students and families impacted by the flooding.
Officials say Big Sandy Community and Technical College, Hazard Community and Technical College and Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College are the places that have been hit the hardest.
They say donations to the disaster relief funds go directly to students.
