Alice Lloyd College will be getting a new chancellor and president.
The Board of Trustees says current President Dr. Jim Stepp will become chancellor effective August 1, 2026, continuing his more than four decades at the college.
Stepp has been president since 2022 and officials say he has helped raise more than $100 million for scholarships, campus projects, and the endowment fund.
Meanwhile the Board has also selected current provost Dr. Charles Marshall to become president.
A 1999 ALC graduate, Marshall will be the first alumnus to serve as president in the school’s history.
