Floyd County officials say some anonymous tips have led to the arrest of a resident on charges of trafficking heroin. Deputies reportedly received enough tips about Gary Combs to get a search warrant for his home in Goose Creek. Mountain Top News cites police documents showing deputies found four plastic bags of heroin, along with several other types of drugs, three guns and some items used for trafficking. He was also allegedly trying to slip his handcuffs and was hit with some charges for that.
